VLCN.O plummet 34.9% to 71 cents, an all-time low
** Stock headed for worst day since October 2021, if losses
hold
** VLCN prices public offering of 6 mln shares of common
stock at $0.75/share
** Gross proceeds of offering are expected to be about $4.5
mln
** Co names Aegis Capital Corp as the sole book-running
manager for the offering
** Shares down ~29% YTD
