Annual financial report 2022

 

The Board of Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), the owner and
operator of student accommodation serving key UK universities has today
published its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2022  ("Annual
Report").  The report is available electronically on the Company's website

National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection in

Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023

 

The Board announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM")
will be held on Wednesday, 24 May 2023 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of FTI
Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD.

 

The formal Notice of the AGM and the Form of Proxy have been posted to
