NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Board of Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), the owner and operator of student accommodation across the UK, announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 24 April 2018 at 10.00am at the offices of Newgate Communications, Sky Light City Tower, 50 Basinghall Street, London, EC2V 5DE.
