NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Board of Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), the owner and
operator of student accommodation serving key UK universities, announces that
the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") will be held on Monday, 23
May 2022 at 10.00 a.m. at the offices of Maitland/AMO, 3 Pancras Square,
London, N1C 4AG.
All shareholders are urged to complete and submit a proxy appointment in
accordance with the instructions set out in the Notice of the Annual General
Meeting and the Form of Proxy (and where possible to utilise the online voting
facility). The proxy appointment must be received by Computershare Investor
Services plc by no later than 10.00 a.m. on 19 May 2022.
The formal Notice of the AGM and the Form of Proxy have been posted to
shareholders and are also available in the Investor Information section on the
Company's website at www.empiric.co.uk/investor-information/company-documents
(http://www.empiric.co.uk/investor-information/company-documents) and are also
available through the National Storage Mechanism at:

Shareholders can also submit questions to the Board in advance of the AGM by
email to info@empiric.co.uk by no later than Thursday, 19 May 2022. The Board
will consider all questions received and provide a written response.
The Company will keep the situation under review and may need to impose
additional safety related measures which may include a change in venue and
possibly adjourn the whole meeting to another date. Shareholders should
therefore continue to monitor the Company's website and announcements for any
updates in relation to the AGM.
