NOTICE OF FULL YEAR RESULTS

Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), the owner and operator of premium
student accommodation serving key UK universities, confirms that the Company
will announce its annual results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2021 on
Thursday, 3 March 2022.

 

A Company presentation for investors and analysts will take place on the day
