NOTICE OF HALF YEAR RESULTS

Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), the owner and operator of premium
student accommodation serving key UK universities, confirms that the Company
will announce its half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2022 on
Thursday, 11 August 2022.

 

A Company presentation for analysts and investors will take place on the day
at 9.00am (UK) via an in-person meeting and via a live webcast and conference
call.
