Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and
persons closely associated with them

 

The Board of Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), the owner and
operator of premium student accommodation across the UK, announces that
Donald Grant, Chief Financial & Sustainability Officer, has acquired a
total of 33,177 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 89.97 pence per
share.

 

Following the purchase, Mr Grant's total shareholding comprises 33,177
ordinary shares, representing 0.0055% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
