Changes in FTSE UK Index Series

23 January 2026

 Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the
 acquisition by Unite Group (UK, constituent) of Empiric Student Property (UK,
 constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates
 below:

 Empriric Student Property (UK, BLWDVR7) will be deleted from the FTSE 250
 Index.

 Funding Circle Holdings (UK, BG0TPX6) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and
 deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

 Unite Group (UK,0692861) will remain in the FTSE 250 Index.

 All changes effective from 28 January 2026.
