Empresaria's 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday 21
May 2024 at the offices of Singer Capital Markets at 1 Bartholomew Lane,
London, EC2N 2AX.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and Notice
of AGM are available on the Company's website www.empresaria.com
