PDMR Dealing, Exercise of Share Options

 

Empresaria, the global specialist staffing group, announces that on 24 August
2023 Tim Anderson, Chief Financial Officer, has exercised nil-cost share
options over 150,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company. The share
options were granted in 2020 under the Empresaria Long-Term Incentive Plan and
became exercisable on 17 April 2023.

 

Following this exercise, Tim Anderson is interested in 290,000 Ordinary
Shares.

 

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU
