Trading Update

Empresaria, the global specialist staffing group, is pleased to provide the
following update ahead of its Annual General Meeting today at 3:00pm.

The Group has had an encouraging start to 2022, continuing the progress made
in 2021 by delivering strong growth in net fee income.  The Group remains on
track to meet market expectations for the full year.

The AGM will be broadcast digitally on the Investor Meet Company platform and
joining instructions are set out in the Notice of Meeting. Should any
