** Shares of Empresaria Group Plc  EMPR.L  rise 2.5% to
40.5p
    ** Global specialist staffing group announces launch of its
professional service offering, LMA Recruitment, in the United
States
    ** Co says LMA Recruitment will initially target HR,
business support, sales, marketing and operational skillsets
    ** U.S. chosen as the first market for LMA's expansion due
to demand for professional staffing from existing clients of its
well-established IT and healthcare operations - EMPR
    ** Including session's gains, stock down ~28% YTD
