Empyrean Energy was notified on 29 July 2025 that Thomas Kelly, who holds
134,317,571 ordinary shares directly and indirectly in the Company, now holds
approximately 2.35% of the issued share capital of the Company, as a result of
dilution from the issue of new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Placing
announced on 21 July 2025.
