Passing Of Tom Kelly, Managing Director/CEO

 

It is with great sadness that the Board of Empyrean advises that the Company's
Managing Director/CEO Tom Kelly passed away after a tragic accident on Friday,
August 22.

 

Non-Executive Chairman Mr John (Spencer) Laycock stated "On behalf of the
Board and all at Empyrean we extend our sincerest condolences to Tom's family
and friends. Tom was much loved and respected and will be dearly missed by
everyone at Empyrean".

 

The Board of Empyrean has appointed existing Technical Director Gaz Bisht as
interim CEO, effective immediately. The Board will conduct a search process
for a permanent CEO in due course.
