Posting of Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Empyrean Energy PLC (EME: AIM) announces that its Annual General Meeting
('AGM') will be held at the offices of Cavendish, 1 Bartholomew Close, London
EC1A 7BL at 10.00 a.m. on 30 September 2025.

 

On 1 September 2025, the Company announced the final results for the year
ended 31 March 2025 and that the full Report and Accounts are available on the
Company's website ('Annual Report and Accounts').

 

The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of
the AGM to approve the Annual Report and Accounts are today being posted to
shareholders.

 

Form of Proxy

Shareholders will not receive a form of proxy for the AGM in the post.
Instead, you will receive instructions to enable you to vote electronically
and how to register to do so. You may request a hard copy proxy form directly
