India's EMS hits record high on 1.19 bln rupee order win

** Shares of EMS ltd  EMSL.NS  up as much as 5.3% to a
record high of 675 rupees
    ** Water supply solutions co receives government order worth
1.19 bln rupees ($14.3 mln) for survey, design, construction,
and operation of treatment works in Uttar Pradesh
    ** More than 1.2 mln shares change hands, 2.2x the 30-day
average
     ** EMSL on track for a fifth straight session of gains, if
current trends hold 
    ** Including session's gain, stock is up 52.1% YTD
