** Shares of EMS ltd  EMSL.NS  are up 5%, hitting upper
circuit at 437.70 rupees 
    ** Water supply solutions co gets order worth 3.59 bln
rupees ($43.16 million)    
    ** Order for development of sewerage system in Indian city
of Raipur 
    ** Session's gains help co turn positive for Dec 
    ** Stock up ~0.5% so far this month, set for its smallest
monthly gain since listing in Sept. this year, if trend holds 
    ** EMSL is up ~55% since listing
