as much as 5%, hitting upper circuit at 481.60 rupees
    ** Co says it is the lowest bidder in the tender at Vikas
Nagar Dehradun with estimated order value of ~4.79 bln rupees 
($57.61 mln)
    ** Stock on track to gain for a second consecutive day
    ** Stock had hit upper circuit last Dec on an order win
    ** More than 888,000 shares traded, busiest day since Nov
23, 2023
    ** EMSL stock gained ~51% in 2023 since its debut in Sept 

    ($1 = 83.1440 Indian rupees)
