** Shares of EMS Ltd EMSL.NS up 2.9% to 628.7 rupees
** Construction firm wins tender worth 7.82 bln rupees ($90.9 mln), more than one-fifth of its total market cap of 34.97 bln rupees
** Tender is for pollution abatement work in river in India's eastern city of Kolkata
** Stock rose 4.4% on June 24 after the news, set to gain for fourth straight session
** Nearly 950,000 shares traded, 2.6x its 30-day moving average
** EMSL trims YTD losses to ~26%
