Australia's Emyria climbs on positive animal study data for CBD capsules

** Shares of healthcare provider  EMD.AX  rise as much as
6.9% to A$0.390, on track for biggest single-day pct jump since
Dec 8 
    ** Co receives positive bioanalytical results from a
pre-clinical head-to-head animal study comparison of co's
cannabidol formulation, EMD-003, capsule for the treatment of a

    ** Says EMD-003 showed higher peak blood concentrations and
greater bioavailability over 24 hours as compared to Epidyolex,
the only plant-derived medicine for the treatment of a rare type
of epilepsy 
    ** Says co is targeting a schedule 3 registration with the
Therapeutic Goods Administration of Australia for EMD-003 in
2022
    ** Adds that pivotal clinical trials due to commence in Q1
2022 starting with a Phase 1, healthy volunteer trial of EMD-003
    ** Stock has risen 296.7% so far this year, as of last close
