** The early-stage drug developer says firm commitments received to raise A$8 million ($5.19 million) at an issue price of A$0.06 per share

** Offer price at a 9.09% discount to the stock's last close

** Funds will be used for expansion of Emyria's East Coast clinical footprint during CY2026, others

** About 3.9 million shares traded, 1.4x the 30-day average

** YTD,  stock up 83.4%, including current session's move
