ENGlobal Corp names Mark Hess as CEO; shares up

** Engineering services provider's  ENG.O  shares up ~6% at
$5.44
    ** Co says William Coskey to retire as CEO effective March
12, and will be succeeded by current CFO Mark Hess
    ** Coskey, who co-founded the company 1985, will stay on as

    ** "I can think of no more capable person than Mark Hess to
lead ENGlobal forward," Coskey said
    ** Hess has over 35 years of experience, and from 2012 to
2017, served as CFO and Treasurer of ENGlobal, and in December
2017 added the position of corporate secretary
    ** Shares were up ~61% YTD, as of last close
