    ** Co appoints Chief Operating Officer (COO) Benjamin Lamb
as chief financial officer (CFO), replacing Pablo Mercado
    ** Senior vice president of operational excellence Walter
Pinto will take COO's role
    ** Up to last close, stock had gained 83.3%
