ONEOK to acquire remaining units of EnLink in $4.3 billion deal

       Nov 24 (Reuters) - Pipeline operator ONEOK  OKE.N  said
on Sunday it would acquire all of the remaining publicly held
units of EnLink Midstream  ENLC.N  for $4.3 billion in ONEOK
common stock.
