ACRA ASSIGNS EN+ GROUP А-(RU) CREDIT RATING, CHANGES OUTLOOK TO POSITIVE

11 August 2023 - EN+ GROUP IPJSC (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPG), a leading
international vertically integrated aluminium and power producer, announces
that on 10 August 2023 the Analytical Credit Rating Agency ("ACRA") assigned
to EN+ GROUP a А-(RU) credit rating with a Positive Outlook on the national
