Results of the meeting of the board of directors of EN+ GROUP IPJSC

 

27 June 2024 - EN+ GROUP IPJSC (the "Company") (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPG)
announces the results of the meeting of its board of directors (the "Board")
held on 26 June 2024.

 

Christopher Burnham has been re-appointed as the Chairman of the Board on 26
June 2024.

 

The Board has resolved on the following composition of the Board committees:

 

The Audit and Risk Committee is comprised as follows:

1)    J.W. Rayder, as a chairperson;

2)    Christopher Burnham;

3)    Andrey Sharonov;

4)    James Schwab;

5)    Andrey Yanovsky.

 

The Compliance Committee is comprised as follows:

·    Thurgood Marshall Jr., as a chairperson;

The Corporate Governance Committee is comprised as follows:
