Reach announcement*

9 August 2023

EnSilica plc

("EnSilica", the "Company" or the "Group")

Semiconductor Advisory Panel

EnSilica, a leading chip maker of mixed signal ASICs (Application Specific
Integrated Circuits), is delighted to announce that Janet Collyer, Senior
Independent Non-Executive Director of EnSilica, has been selected to join the
Semiconductor Advisory Panel, a government-led initiative to help steer the
future of the UK semiconductor sector.

Janet Collyer, alongside other experts in the semiconductor industry, will
engage with the Technology Minister, Paul Scully, to deliver across three key
goals: growing the domestic semiconductor sector, mitigating the risk of
supply chain disruptions, and protecting national security.

The panel will be made up of ten experts from across the semiconductor sector,
with representatives from business and technology, alongside those working in
venture capital, skills and training, and research.

Future meetings will focus on how to nurture skills, improve access to
finance, and develop stronger international collaboration, and set out how
industry can work directly with government to achieve these goals.

Ian Lankshear, Chief Executive Officer of EnSilica plc, commented:

"We are immensely proud that Janet has been selected to join such a
prestigious and important panel, at a time when our domestic semiconductor
policy, alongside securing the supply of chips and protecting national
security, has never been more important."

Janet Collyer, Senior Independent Non-executive Director of EnSilica added:

"I am thrilled to join the UK Semiconductor Advisory Panel. I started work as
a graduate semiconductor design engineer, progressing to various leadership
roles across the international semiconductor sector.

"Through the panel, I hope to support initiatives aimed at increasing the
number of women choosing to pursue a career in UK semiconductors at all
levels, including C-suite, and to support connecting UK-based design to
resilient mass production manufacturing networks."

Co-chaired by Technology Minister Paul Scully and the former Chief Executive
