Directorate Change

 

EnSilica (AIM:ENSI), a leading mixed signal chip maker, announces that Matthew
Wethey, Chief Financial Officer, has stepped down from his position at the
Company. During his time at EnSilica, Matthew played a key role in managing
the Company through its IPO in May 2022, including preparing to scale the
business and laying the foundations for future revenue growth. The board is
grateful to Matthew for his contribution during a period of significant
operational change and wishes him every success in the future.

 

The Company has begun a process to appoint a permanent successor and a further
announcement will be made in due course.

 

To support the business while this search is ongoing, the Board announces the
appointment of Chris Mann, who will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer
(non-Board) from 11th April 2023.

 

Chris is a chartered accountant with a wide range of finance leadership
experience gained in listed and private company environments and notably in
businesses undergoing progressive development and change.
