** Shares of Hancock Jaffe Laboratories Inc  HJLI.O  jump
27.2 pct to $2.99 premarket

 its bypasses using its CoreoGraft device were successfully
completed in two test subjects
    ** HJLI's CoreoGraft is a potential alternative to using
saphenous vein grafts, which is the leading approach used for
majority of cardiac surgeries 
    ** HJLI shares among top pct gainers across U.S. exchanges
in premarket trading 
    ** Up to Friday's close, HJLI shares have risen 59.3 pct
this year
