Adds: Shell's North American unit, Saudi Arabia's wealth fund
Sept 10 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Thursday:
     
** Shell's SHEL.L North American unit said it has agreed to sell its interests in RISEC Holdings to Constellation Energy CEG.O for $715 million, as part of its ongoing portfolio management efforts in the U.S. power market. nL4N4521J8

** Saudi Arabia's wealth fund is considering merging Electronic Arts with Savvy Games to create a gaming giant, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter. nL6N452132
    
    ** Bending Spoons BSP.O has agreed to buy Miro in an all-cash deal, valuing the digital collaboration platform at $1.36 billion, the companies said. nL6N4520TB
     
** MNK Group has completed the acquisition of Danish non-life insurer ETU Forsikring A/S, the independent insurance group said. nL6N4520C9
     
** Blackstone BX.N said it has acquired a majority interest in Sanha Logistics Park II, a dry storage logistics development in South Korea, through a primary share issuance, as it seeks to deepen its presence in the East Asian nation.nL6N4520D0
