Enbridge, KKR form joint venture to invest in Westcoast natural gas pipeline Aug 27 (Reuters) - Enbridge ENB.TO said on Thursday it had signed an agreement with KKR KKR.N to form a new joint venture to fund the Aspen Point and Sunrise Expansion Programs of the Westcoast natural gas pipeline system.
Under the agreement, KKR and Apollo will invest roughly C$2.7 billion to fund the expansions.
