Endeavor Group surges on Silver Lake's buyout proposal

** Talent and media co Endeavor Group's shares  EDR.N  jump
~22.7% to $21.74 before the bell
    ** Stock set to open at near two-month high, if gains hold
    ** Private equity firm Silver Lake says it is working on a
proposal to take company private
    ** News follows Endeavor's announcement that it has begun a
review to explore strategic alternatives
     ** EDR, however, says not considering sale or disposition
of its majority stake in TKO Group Holdings  TKO.N 
    ** EDR presently valued at nearly $8.4 bln 
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock down 21.3% YTD
