18.4% to hit a more than 1-month high of $21.0 in morning trade 
  
    ** Private equity firm Silver Lake says it is working on a
proposal to take EDR private
    ** News follows Endeavor's announcement that it has begun a
review to explore strategic alternatives
     ** EDR, however, says it is not considering divesting its
majority stake in TKO Group Holdings  TKO.N 
    ** EDR market valuation is nearly $8.4 bln 
    ** Including session gains, stock down 7% YTD
