    ** Private equity firm Silverlake to take company private in
a $13 bln deal
    ** Silverlake to acquire 100% of EDR's outstanding shares it
does not already own
    ** Endeavor stockholders to receive $27.50 in cash from deal
    ** Deal expected to be closed by end of Q1 2025
    ** Including session's gains, EDR up 9.36% YTD
