into exclusive talks with the media company Skydance for a
potential deal after months of uncertainty.
- Private equity firm Silver Lake, the biggest investor in
Endeavor Group Holdings EDR.N , on Tuesday said it had agreed
to a deal to take the talent and entertainment agency private
for $13 billion.
- The Biden administration is pressing Congress to approve a
plan to sell $18 billion worth of F-15 fighter jets to Israel,
