MADRID, March 25 (Reuters) - Jose Bogas, the chief executive of Spanish utility Endesa ELE.MC, is set to leave his position after roughly 12 years but will remain on the board as an external director, a document for its upcoming shareholders' meeting shows.
The meeting's agenda includes the reelection of Jose Bogas as an "other external director" and does not refer to him as an executive.
The company, owned by Italian energy giant Enel ENEI.MI, will hold the annual shareholders' meeting on April 28.
Endesa declined to comment.
