Spain's Endesa to invest $12.5 billion through 2028

MADRID, Feb 24 (Reuters) - Spanish power utility Endesa ELE.MC said on Tuesday that it will invest 10.6 billion euros ($12.5 billion) in the next three years, more than half of which will be allocated to power networks.

The company's investment in renewables and storage projects will be selective, it said.

Under its previous three-year strategy, the company had planned investments of 9.6 billion euros, with grids and renewables getting 42% and 39%, respectively, of the overall amount.
