BBVA BBVA.MC

BBVA has placed a $2.5 billion senior non‑preferred debt issue, the company said on Monday.

ENDESA ELE.MC

Spanish power utility Endesa ELE.MC said on Tuesday that it will invest 10.6 billion euros ($12.5 billion) in the next three years, more than half of which will be allocated to power networks.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC

Spanish telecoms giant Telefonica said on Tuesday it expects core profit to grow between 1.5% and 2.5% in 2026, with a similar increase in revenues, as it works to further reduce leverage under its new strategy.

METROVACESA MVC.MC

Metrovacesa posted on Tuesday a full-year net profit of 56.9 million euros.

ORYZON GENOMICS ORY.MC

Oryzon said on Tuesday it has received approval from the European Medicines Agency to start a Phase II trial of iadademstat in essential thrombocythemia.

SQUIRREL MEDIA SQRL.MC

Squirrel posted on Tuesday a full-year net profit of 6.1 million euros.

BBVA has strengthened its Abu Dhabi investment‑banking unit by hiring former J.P. Morgan and HSBC bankers, aiming to accelerate its Middle East corporate and institutional business and expand regional transaction‑banking flows, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday.

Telefonica will propose Australian executive Jane Thompson as a board director at its April 26 shareholder meeting to replace long‑serving BBVA representative Jose Maria Abril, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Monday.

Morgan Stanley cuts its target price to 27 euros from 28 euros.

ENAGAS ENAG.MC

Morgan Stanley raises its target price to 13 euros from 12 euros.
