Feb 25 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

Spanish airport operator Aena's full-year net profit rose 10.5% in 2025, it said on Wednesday, beating analysts' expectations after the number of passengers travelling through all its terminals last year surpassed one million per day.

Aena also said on Wednesday it would propose a gross dividend of 1.09 euros per share out of 2025.

Rovi said on Wednesday its full-year net profit was 140.4 million euros.

VIDRALA VID.MC

Vidrala said on Wednesday its full-year net profit was 209.3 million euros.

GRENERGY GREG.MC

Grenergy said on Tuesday it booked an 87 million euro net profit in 2025.

ENCE ENC.MC

Ence posted on Tuesday a 32.4 million euro fourth-quarter net loss.

PRISA PRS.MC

Prisa's board unanimously rejected the restructuring proposal from a minority shareholder on Tuesday.

BODEGAS RIOJANAS BRIO.MC

Bodegas Riojanas said on Tuesday its board decided to open negotiations with creditors for a restructuring plan aimed at ensuring its long‑term viability, with talks expected to last at least three months.

NATURGY NTGY.MC

Naturgy has agreed to sell nine of its eleven U.S. solar and battery-storage development projects while retaining only those already operating or in advanced construction, Spanish online news website El Confidencial reported on Wednesday.

ENDESA ELE.MC

Barclays raised its target price to 34.5 euros from 29 euros.
