Iberdrola will stick to its planned 4 billion euro ($4.69 billion) investments in Spanish power networks over the next three years and will not invest an additional 1 to 2 billion euros, which was previously floated by CEO Ignacio Sanchez Galan, due to the approval of the CNMC's new return guidelines, newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Wednesday, citing unnamed sources with knowledge of the matter.

Separately, Berenberg raised Iberdrola's target price from 17.5 euros to 19 euros.
