to $1.43 before the bell
    ** SBEV proposed a stock offering late Thursday; Co has not
yet disclosed the offer size
    ** EF Hutton, division of Benchmark Investments, is the sole
bookrunner for offering
    ** The beverage company has ~37.27 mln shares outstanding
and ~28.36 mln of public float, per Refinitiv data
    ** Up to last close, stock had risen ~66% so far this year
