    ** Co files for offering of 3 mln shares of common stock and
warrants to purchase up to 1.5 mln shares of common stock
    ** Also expects to record a net loss of about $2.8 mln for
quarter ended March 31 with no revenue expected
    ** NDRA market cap is $6.02 mln - Refinitiv
    ** Stock has lost more than half its value since the
beginning of the year, last down 54.30% YTD
