Poland's statistics office to publish retail sales data at
0800.
DEBT
Poland's finance ministry to publish bond auction results at
0930.
JUSTICE
Judgments of the Constitutional Tribunal issued with the
participation of so-called double judges are invalid - according
to the drafts intended to sort out the situation in the
Tribunal, the first reading of which is scheduled for Wednesday,
Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily reported.
POLLS
According to an IBRiS survey, 31.4% of respondents would
vote for Law and Justice (PiS), 28.9% for the Civic Coalition
(KO), 13.5% for Trzecia Droga, 8.8% for the Left and 8.2% for
Confederation, Rzeczpospolita daily reported.
SURVEILLANCE
The Ministry of Digitization is working on a law maintaining
the current regulations that force telecommunications operators
to collect and disclose their users' data at the request of
state services, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily reported.
ABORTION
The parliamentary committee will deal with draft bills
liberalizing the right to abortion only after the elections to
the European Parliament (EP), Rzeczpospolita daily reported.
NUCLEAR POWER
State-owned utility ENEA ENAE.WA is interested in small
nuclear reactors (SMRs), analysing potential locations for them,
and looking to add such investments to its strategy, a the
company's innovation director told state news agency PAP.
CIECH
Chief executive of Ciech CIEP.WA Kamil Majczak said Polish
the chemicals maker wants to lower the share of soda in its
revenue to about 45%, while grow its salts and agro businesses,

KRAFTON
South Korean Krafton 259960.KS has agreed the terms of
investment in another Polish company from the gaming industry,
deciding to cover the new issue of Far From Home for over 10
million zlotys ($2.46 million) and will cooperate in its listin
on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Puls Biznesu daily reported.
