FRIGATE "WICHER"
The Polish frigate Wicher, the first of three being built for the Polish Navy under the "Miecznik" program, will be launched on Wednesday. President Karol Nawrocki and Prime Minister Donald Tusk will attend the ceremony.

Polish power utility Enea ENAE.WA posted a near 17% year-on-year fall in its preliminary second-quarter core profit on Tuesday, as earnings at its trading arm dropped following the expiry of a state scheme that compensated suppliers for capped power prices.

CARS FROM CHINA
In July, the share of new cars from China on the Polish market rose to a record 15.5%, Rzeczpospolita reported, citing data from the Samar Research Institute.
