Aug 31 (Reuters) - Ramba Energy Ltd  RAMB.SI : 
 * Rbc had on 30 August 2016 entered into a deed of settlement with the plaintiff 
 * Rbc pays plaintiff an aggregate sum of s$2.1 million, in full and final settlement of all claims and disputes 
 * Board does not expect this settlement to have any material impact on group's financial results for the year ending 31 December 2016 
 * Plaintiff shall file notice of discontinuance within 3 working days from date of execution of deed of settlement 
 * Rbc shall pay the balance sum of s$1.1 million by way of a cashier's order to the plaintiff
