Masdar signs a partnership agreement with Endesa for 2.5GW renewable energy
assets in Spain

ABU DHABI, UAE & SPAIN, MADRID  - July 25, 2024 - Abu Dhabi Future Energy
Company PJSC - Masdar ("Masdar"), the UAE's clean energy leader, announced
today that it has reached an agreement with Endesa S.A. ("Endesa") to become
a partner for 2.5 gigawatts (GW) of solar assets and  battery energy storage
system (BESS) capacity located in Spain, subject to regulatory approvals and
other conditions.

النظيفة، عن توصلها إلى اتفاق مع شركة
"إنديسا إس إيه" لتصبح شريكًا في 2.5 جيجاواط
من أصول الطاقة الشمسية وأنظمة بطاريات
تخزين الطاقة الواقعة في إسبانيا، وتخضع
الاتفاقية لاستيفاء الشروط والحصول على
الموافقات التنظيمية.
