Block Listing Application

London, 19 March 2026 - Energean plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE: אנאג) announces
that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block
listing of 450,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each to be admitted to the
Official List and to be traded on the Main Market of the London Stock
Exchange.

The block listing relates to ordinary shares which will be allotted from time
to time in accordance with the vesting of share awards under Energean's Long
Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Bonus Plan.

The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company
and it is anticipated that admission will become effective on or around Friday
20 March 2026.
