DIRECTOR / PDMR Shareholding
London, 25 March 2026 - Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") in respect of the vesting and release of
shares under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan relating to the period
2023-2025 (the "LTIP") including dividend equivalent shares in respect of the
interim dividends announced by the Company on 18 May 2023, 7 September 2023,
16 November 2023, 22 February 2024, 23 May 2024, 11 September 2024, 28
November 2024, 27 February 2025, 22 May 2025, 11 September 2025 and 26
November 2025 (the "Interim Dividends"), and the sale of sufficient shares by
certain PDMRs to cover income tax and national insurance liabilities.
