London, 14 November 2023 - Energean plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE: אנאג) announces
that Mr Roy Franklin has resigned his position as Non-Executive Director,
effective immediately, in order to focus on his other corporate interests. Mr
Franklin's role as Senior Independent Director and on the Board Committees
will be reassigned and announced in due course.
