 Harel Insurance Investments & Financial Services Ltd. ("Harel Holdings")
 controls directly or indirectly the voting rights attached to a total of
 9,317,983 Ordinary Shares of ENERGEAN PLC ("Issuer") through several of Harel
 Holdings' controlled undertakings, as stated below: Of total of 9,317,983
 Ordinary Shares (a) none of the Ordinary Shares are beneficially held for
 Harel Holdings' own account; and (b) all of the 9,317,983 Ordinary Shares are
 held for members of the public through, among others, provident funds and/or
 mutual funds and/or pension funds and/or insurance policies and/or exchange
 traded funds, which are managed by subsidiaries of Harel Holdings, each of
 which subsidiaries operates under independent management and makes independent
 voting and investment decisions, with investment discretion over such
 securities exercised by either Harel Insurance Company Ltd., Harel Mutual
 Funds Ltd., Harel Sal Ltd. or Harel Finance Asset Management Ltd.
 (collectively, the "Harel Entities"). In addition to the foregoing, 2,417
 Ordinary Shares are held by third-party client accounts managed by a
 subsidiary of Harel Holdings as portfolio managers, which subsidiary operates
 under independent management and makes independent investment decisions and
 has no voting power in the securities held in such client accounts. Each Harel
 Entity is a direct or indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Harel Holdings. As
 such, this notice shall not be construed as an admission by Harel Holdings,
 and Harel Holdings disclaims, that Harel Holdings is required to aggregate
 holdings provided under DTR 5.4.1R of the FCA Handbook.
